How Can I Track My Order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Then around 2 days later you will receive an email dispatch notification informing you of the item(s) that have been dispatched. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items, they may not always be dispatched as one parcel.
The dispatch notification will contain your order number, your shipping tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website, to track your order. Just click the tracking link to see the status of your item(s). It usually takes 2 days from the dispatch date for the shipping carrier to provide a more exact location of where your parcel is.
If you haven't received a dispatch email after 4 days from the date you placed your order, please contact us and a customer service agent will be able to help at email@example.com.
When will my order be delivered?
Items are normally dispatched within 48 hours of placing an order. Then it will take between 4 - 12 working days for you to receive your item(s). However, if on a rare occasion a shipment is delayed, we will be in touch to let you know a revised expected time of arrival. Due to COVID-19, delivery times have been temporarily extended to 15 - 25 working days.
