What are my shipping options?

We are happy to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders! Orders for the UK are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Tracked, and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping.


For all areas outside the UK, delivery can be anywhere from 4 - 12 working days after dispatch, depending on the product(s) you order and your delivery address, so please allow for this when ordering. During COVID-19, delivery times have been temporarily extended to 15 - 25 working days.


When will my order ship?
We aim to get all orders processed and shipped within 48 hours. If there is a delay on this, we’ll try to let you know by email and give you a new shipping estimate.

How do i track my order?
As soon as your item has shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation which includes a tracking link.

How do i cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been dispatched, email us at support@risetraveler.com with your order details and we’ll do our best to amend your order before it’s shipped. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we can’t make any changes or cancellations, so make sure to check everything carefully before placing your order.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products. The product must be in a resalable condition. We accept returns by mail only and you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. Just post it back with a note including your name & the email you placed the order with. Send your package to:

How long is the warranty?
All of our products are covered by a 1 year warranty. This does not cover accidental damage.
