As I am writing this review my Mini Boom is sitting on top of my stove. I am a chef and I love using this to hear music or to do podcasts or to talk to other students that are learning to cook provides such a loud sound. This speaker is amazing. I can take it anywhere and the sound quality is brilliant. I had been using much larger speakers, but they were awkward and took up a lot of space. I would highly recommend this. The sound quality on my laptop was too low and in particular if others were trying to listen also.

I am a big fan of the miniBoom speaker. And when I say fan, I mean FAN. To this day, I have bought a total of 8 miniBooms. And its because I keep giving them away! I take it with me everywhere and my favorite thing to do is bust that speaker out after I've started playing a song. The look on their face when they see how small the speaker is and how the sound quality is amazing always puts a smile on my face. I have yet to complete my set so I can enjoy the surround sound experience longer, but that's definitely happening. Did I mention also that they are sturdy? I dropped my original miniBoom on my driveway and didn't notice until AFTER I had run it over. The speaker, though, still played awesomely! I was shocked it survived intact, let alone still turn on and play music! I'm serious guys, if you're debating whether or not buying this speaker will be worth it, you won't be disappointed!

This is the most amazing little speaker I have ever seen! I bought 2 of them and the stereo sound is unbelievable. Clear, punchy sound and the batteries last forever. I have had them for over a week and have not had to recharge them yet. Pairing is really straightforward and works from the first go. I can walk around the house with the phone in my pocket and the connection is rarely lost. I am really pleased with my purchase!

Can't believe how loud this tiny little speaker is - it's incredible.
I use it on the go all the time as I can pop it in m pocket / handbag and have it with me.
Battery life lasts for all my needs so far, although I've only needed about 3 hours at a time.
Sturdy speaker - robust and feels lovely in the hand (ergonomic!).
Loved it so much I bought two and pair them together for even louder sound!
I use it most when I'm on my bike on a turbo trainer indoors - I link it to my mini ipad and listen to YouTube videos whilst doing my cycling training (see picture).
Overall: punches way above it's weight!
Extra comment: Rise - would be great if you'd make a case for it so I don't scratch it when I pop it in my handbag! Just a thought! I pop my two in an old compact camera case - but would be nice to have a little stretch case to pop each one into individually so I could literally

It's small enough to be super easy to transport to work but without sacrificing power. I rarely have to turn the volume above 50% and can hear the sound so clearly. I loved the first one so much I bought a couple more for friends and family as gifts.
